Jim Sheets, Attorney at Law
Jim Sheets has worked in corporate and commercial matters, and data privacy and has over twenty years of experience in the practice of law. He worked as counsel with two Fortune 500 Companies on corporate transactions and regulatory compliance under federal law including HIPAA and the Financial Services Moderation Act (Graham-Leach- Bliley Act).
He also possesses a Ph.D. in social sciences and has advanced compliance experience in the Banking Security Act, and with deceptive consumer practice compliance data breaches, fraud and indent theft before the FTC. He has significant experience in education (M.A.) and can work responsively with educational measurement and testing modalities, bringing to the education platform a tailored experience based upon AI agent specialization.
He completed his law degree at the University of Iowa, and his doctorate at the University of Rochester (N.Y). He is admitted in four jurisdictions including DC., Maryland, and Iowa.
